We offer new membership training classes periodically as an introduction to the faith, to Avondale UMC, and to the requirements for church membership. We would love to have you join us at Avondale UMC—“the Heart of Avondale.”
If you are interested in having your child baptized into the Christian faith, please contact Pastor Thom. We offer classes periodically in which parents are taught the meaning of baptism, their responsibilities as Christian parents, and the vows they will make on their child’s behalf to the church and to God. We would love to celebrate the beginning of your child’s life in Christ in our community of faith.
