Kid's Place is a non-traditional version of Sunday School. It's for children preschool through 5th grade. Our mission is to provide an open, inspiring and fun filled environment full of God's love.
Children's Activities Include:
Nursery Care is provided for children birth-2years old. We have a wonderful Nursery Supervisor Ms. Beverly along with our loving staff who are screened and a back ground check is done for the safety of our children.
Sunday Schedule is as follows:
8:45am---12:00pm Infants and Crawlers---Room 129
3yr&4yrsold---Room131( nursery and Toddler Room open 15 minutes ahead of services for your convenience).
9:00am---9:45.... Large group time (K-5thgrade)
Kid's Place Clubhouse-Room 203
10:00am---10:45am...Small Group Time(Sunday School)
Hoppers(3&4yr olds)-Room 210
Skippers(K-2ndgrade)-Room212
Jumpers(3rd-5thgrade)-Room214
11:15am---Noon........Encore Edition(K-5th grade)
Kid's Place Clubhouse-Room 203
I would like to invite the kids to come and hang out at the Kid's Place Clubhouse. At the 8:45 MOSAIC service we leave after the praise music and head for the clubhouse, were we are energized and inspired to live our lives through Jesus, with music, crafts and games.
Small Group Time is one on one with gifted loving teachers that make the bible come alive!
At the 11:00am TRADITIONAL service, they will leave with Mrs. Janey for skits and other activties.
We also have Wednesday Night Family Time. The children have a wonderful time singing and learning how important God's love is. See schedule for time.
The Main Events-
We have many fun filled things for the kids to do:
Annual Avondale Easter Egg Hunt, Vaction Bible School, Trick or Trunk, Thanksgiving Day Parade and our Christmas Celebration. We also have social activities and muscials through out the year...just to name a few.
